  1. Payment and Renewal.

    • General Terms.
      By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Remmert Studios Inc. (TBA Fast-Track Subconscious Reprogramming), the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for product or service, and will cover the use of that product or service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable.
    • Automatic Renewal - Applies to Subscriptions Only. 
      Unless you cancel a subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.   3. FTSR CMT Practitioner Training.
    • Fees; Payment. By signing up for The Remmert Method Practitioner Training Program, you agree to pay Remmert Studios the fee in advance (either in full, or spread over monthly payments). Paying the fee in no way guarantees you will be certified. You will only be certified by completing the requirements laid out in the course description and by passing the Final Exam. You will continue to have ongoing, lifetime access to the program after payment is complete.
    • Liability and Responsibility.   While FTSR will do its best to support you through this program, FTSR does not guarantee your certification. You will retain full responsibility for your own results, and you will need to satisfy all of the criteria laid out at the start of the program, before certification will be granted. FTSR is in no way liable for any actions you may take, whether or not based on advice from FTSR. FTSR is in no way liable or responsible for your interactions with your clients, including any results or consequences of using CMT techniques. You are expected to use your own judgement, common sense, and reason, to make decisions and in the actions you take. FTSR is in no way responsible or liable for any extra expenses you may incur in following the advice offered in this program. You have the full responsibility of making your own financial choices. As a CMT Practitioner or CMT Practitioner-in-Training, you are expected to always conduct yourself in an ethical, compassionate, kind, and responsible manner. Any recommendations, endorsements, and referrals from FTSR do not constitute liability or responsibility. Responsibility, liability, judgement, and common sense for your own decisions and actions remain with you.
